Although Western Earth Defense Force fans already have a game to look forward to this year (Earth Defense Force 5), fans can already start getting hyped for the next spin-off in the series, Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain.
Publisher D3 has announced the next game in the alien bug-shooting franchise will be headed to "Western markets" sometime in 2019. The game will be available for hands-on play at this year's Tokyo Game Show this year, which takes place September 19-23.
