Doom Beta Review: The Revival of the Quake Arena!

$

Hello Wondering Traveler and welcome to the review of Doom! Okay, When I started playing the Beta, I was afraid something might be bad. The guns, the power-ups, anything that would not be useful at all and poorly executed. Well, like always, I was proven wrong!

Although, the Beta was just a Multiplayer Beta, the game was fun. I had my moments of victory and moments of amateur deaths. The multiplayer modes kind of felt like a Halo match, but I really didn't feel it until the King of the Hill game mode. What I can say to sum up the multiplayer is that it's Halo on Steroids.

Like everyone has said, it relies you to be as fast as you can. No time for cover and no time to reload! I love that. I wanted to see that after playing Doom 3 again. And the weapons are so tactical. It makes you use them so strategically, to the point those two weapons you were training with, just became you favorites. And the new grenades you get are just so smart! The regular frag grenade is kind of a let down, but classic, but the Teleporter and the... Ummm... Demon Vine? I don't know what it's called, but it's an areal bomb that covers an entire section of one area to rat someone out from escape! I love it!

And as always, there is some haters out there. Not saying it's bad to hate tha game, it's your opinion, but it's just a stupid one, if you think of it. People have said that the Multiplayer modes are too much of the same to the original game's arena and that they missed a good opportunity to make things original for themselves. I would have to say that's Bull ***! I've been wanting to see a new and greater Quake arena for a long time, and I finally can see that after 7 years. I was like 9 then!

The one thing I didn't like was the character creation. I know it was a Beta, but it felt so limited to me. I was already a level 27, so I get a few new pieces of gear and some new taunts, but it all felt so underwhelming. I hope to see something more than that when the full game releases.

Well, these are my words! My rating will be honest, for the multiplayer showcase, I give it a 9/10 for giving me what I wanted for years and a 9.5/10 for giving us what could come. What did you think it? Did you even play it? And did you pre-order it? Well, you can tell if you want, but 'til next time...

Battleborn Beta Review: The Game That Cried Awesomeness...

Hello Wondering Traveler and welcome to another review on another graceful Beta! My dad and I love Borderlands and after hearing that the creators has another game up their sleeves made us squeal in joy. We just wanted to play it! My dad pre-ordered it already before this beta even came out!

Once it was announced that the Beta was for testing for a week, We got to our Playstation 4 in a heart beat. We were both surprised on all the characters and the gameplay, although the game felt limited for a Beta.

It had it's fun moment, Oscar Mike's hilarious jokes, anything that Rath would say, and how awesome Marquis was. The downside was that the game felt short lived. It's awesome, I'll give you that, just the two game modes were boring. The only entertaining one was Incursion. And some of the beginning classes are kind of lacking when playing them when there's people that will out class you with an overpowered Oscar Mike

"Rage Quit! You Know you Wanna!"

-Oscar Mike

I can see that the gamers will say Oscar Mike will become the noob class weapon. He was a bit too much to handle as an enemy, but was easy to be when you're bored. But overall, the game is fun with the class and character's personality. As you play in a match, you just want to hear your character talk or just taunt at the guy you killed! Well, besides that, I hope to see better game modes in Multiplayer.

Now besides the multiplayer, the story is really fun. Although it was just a bit of it, the game's story was fun to explore. I mean, it looks like they took the AI and content from the multiplayer and put it all in the story, but it was fun to play around with.

We all know that the characters have a fun personality and a really good set of weapons, but that's what I love in a game! And I just love the TF2 feel! Even though a "Certain" other game has that at it's peak...

But still, I love those kind of games that explore the character instead of the game entirely. Well, this feels like a good way to end, so I would rate the beta a 7/10 for a good presentation and great example of what can come in the multiplayer modes, and a 9/10 for the story's fun and feel to keep you playing.

Did you get to play beta? How many character did you unlock? Did what was in the story? Well, you can tell if you, but as usual...

Weirdest Crap I Had to Witness in Gaming

$

Okay... There is a lot of moments and some of them I enjoyed, but these that I'm going to list are just plain uncomfortable. Hello Wondering Traveler, and welcome to Community Writing Challenge entry!

The Jester Lovers

If you ever played Dragon's Dogma, you know that the game had a romance interest. Almost like Mass Effect's connection with the characters, but more of a mystery prize. The game had you mingle and befriend the character's in the game. The more you talked and agreed with the character you liked the most would become your intimate lover. But this game, like all games, had a glitch.

The glitch that made people cringe, cry, and throw their controllers at the screen. Though the variety of characters there was Feste the Jester and he was the weirdest little thing. No one really liked him, because of his small, but creepy face! What the glitch did was the love on his character would rise as you were talking to someone else. So, when you found out your character was in love with a creepy Jester,  you were both disgusted and angry. It was a weird moment for everyone.

The Killer Golden Chicken

Everyone knew of the giant, golden, fire-breathing chicken, right? Well back in 2012, me and my friend didn't know about such a thing in Gears of War 3. Once me and my friends found the triggers to find the chicken. Once we found the trigger pipes, we thought it was part of the main mission or a secret mission, so we tried to find them all.

Once the very last one was found, a small little chicken came out of it. I just look at it and not know why it was here. Me and my friend started to think it would lead to some hidden stash of guns and ammunition, but it just kept walking in circles.

My friend started to insist on shooting it, but I knew that this had something more to this small easter egg. I tried to tell him not to shoot it, but he did so before I could tell him completely. And once he did, we were both scared for our lives. Let's just say, the bullets flew faster than the sporadic camera we had.

The Dead Ragdoll

Many know of the infamous ragdoll glitches, but I never seen that glitch on multiple players I killed in one match. It was when I got The Master Chief Collection for the first time, and this was going to be my first Slayer match in that game (Go figure, huh?).When the search ended the screen froze with an ear piercing sound. The game out into a poorly rendered map and all player models were stuck in T-Frame with their guns showing the only liveliness of a player.

It was was... Very odd... But I wanted to see what hilarious thing might come next! I was so wrong. When I killed a player, they would go into that weird sporadic movement and just stay stuck in the ground. Once I got to my 10th kill, all the corpses started to follow me and chase me as I played in the match. I wish I could have recorded it because it was just both hilarious and just creepy to begin with! I know that nothing is going to top this experience like this in years.

Romantic, But Awkward

When I played Mass Effect, my dad tend to watch the game with me. I didn't mind him doing so, I played until I had no reason to. The best part was that my dad loved the conversations in the game. He says it's like the Game of Thrones, you need to gossip about it!

Well, while my dad was out shopping, I took a liking to Garrus in the game and I wanted... My character to... You know? Romanticize! Since my dad went to go get groceries, I felt safe enough to do so. I did everything to get to the point I wanted. I took every root and every option for the love to happen. Then, my dad opens the front door and says, "I got Pepsi!"

I was shivering in fear for what might come next. "Ooh! You playing that one game?" he said as I started to stare a the screen. The options to romance weren't complete so he had to sit there, watching me try to have Shep kiss Garrus.

Once i finished the two characters leaned close to show for a passionate kiss, the option flashed I quickly pressed it before my dad could see it. As they did so, I look at my dad and see the "WHAT!?" expression on his face. "Something you wanna tell me, Buddy" is what he tells me as my face began to glow red.

I told what I wanted to happen with the two characters and lied for effects of what might happen if Garrus became Shep's boyfriend. He just said "Okay," got up and drank a beer he hid in the fridge.

I hope you enjoyed this small list of the weirdest things I met in gaming. What was the weirdest thing you met in gam-WHAT ARE YOU DOING DOWN THERE!!?

Well, as usual..

Greatest Gaming Foods I Wish I Could Have...

Good food is good eats! And we all wish those foods and drinks that we see in either movies or games, but you can't. Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to another Community Writing Challenge entry!

I love to eat. I adore my cooking. Only if I could eat these delicious looking foods and snacks. Like the sweetroll in Skyrim...

I might have given up adventuring because an arrow to the knee, but I gave up because of these awesome looking sweetrolls. Only if the exist! I mean there is a lot of foods in hear, but these look awesome and sweet like Pan Dulce.

Don't forget the drink that helps you wash it down. Everyone needs that honey sweetened beer called Nord Meed!

I know that I'm underaged to drink any alcoholic drinks, but seriously, this sounds like a sweet drink. I mean, the only alcoholic drink I had was some honey champagne and that was sweet and awesome! This would sound so delicious to drink. Although that seems very unhealthy, so I would love some Lon Lon Milk!

Ooh, Lon Lon Milk, the pleasureful beverage that is so healthy, it can heal wounds. I would put that in my coffee. Maybe it's too cold. I should wash it up with some Ice cold Nuka Cola! The radiation from the drink would warm me up!

Although, the sugar based drink would out wit the healthy factor in the Lon Lon Milk. I should go for some sandwiches at Jill's Sandwiches!

The sandwiches there would heal me up with some herbal substances! Sounds delicious with some bacon, ham and some lettuce. Some of my favorite ingredients in a sandwich! But what do they put in those Jill Sandwiches... Why is it called Jill Sandwiches...

The Name Makes Sense Now...

Well, those are foods that I wish could exist in my world, but I know I missed a few. What are yours? What delicious delights do you crave as you watch your character eat? Well, as I usually do, I'm gonna each a sandwich after this. 'Til next time...

Author's Notes: It took me a long time to write this. Some error pages kept popping up and I can't take this anymore! This happens to the best one I wrote out of the 7 I had to rewrite. If this gives me the error page again, expect this to on Marco Polo's blog page. I hope you like this and I hope it posts.

Death lingers beyond his path...
What chaos can this boy bring upon himself...
No matter, he's almost done...

***

"No! Don't leave me!" the boy's screams in sadness. Blood trickles down his fingers, tears going down his cheek, his arms carry embraces the limp body of his fallen comrade. His friend choking to the pain and suffering he's enduring. "You can't go out like this!" he cries. "How will I remember you?" the blood rushing to his eyes, he could not respond. Three gaping holes show gracefully on his chest, he can barely keep his eyes open.

The boy saw his hand reach out to a satchel next his waist. He slips open the flap and pulls out a small wooden statue. With what little strength he had, he lifted his arm slowly and set it in the boy;s hands. "What-" the boy moaned. "What are trying to say, Broyce?" He pulled his lips up and created a smile. He grabbed the boy's hands in comfort him as his life slowly faded as his smile follows.

The air reeks of blood and burnt steel, Xavier is hit by the smell as his daydream retreats to the back of his mind. He stares at the Bloodseekers lying peacefully next to each other. "You still have the statue, don't you?" Tareen beckons in Xavier's mind.

"They look so peaceful..."

"You killed them."

"But so disturbed in spirit. I've killed many people in my run in this team, Tareen. But none as cruel as this!" his shout echoes through the halls.

"Do you still have it?" he said eerily.

"Yes, I still have the statue, you god forsake ***!"

"That was of your fault. Before you leave, remember our deal..." the cold regret hits Xavier. The deal was to keep for his sanity for taking anything off of the corps he killed. The regret and painful memories made him hesitate to follow the deal. As simple as it was, the reminder would kill him emotionally. "You're not taking anything. Let me help you, the swords."

The memories of the sword piercing into her skull starts to haunt him, flashing in his mind. The grieve and guilt he felt were filling him as he reached for the two swords. "Why am I doing this?"

"You want to keep your sanity, you make do with the deal." Silas stares at Xavier strongly. His robotic eyes turn blue and then to yellow.

"When are we going to leave?" Xavier gathers the two swords as he turned to Silas.

"Have you found the rest of wondering members locations?"

"Yes. And another large mass in the area." Xavier worries it's another he has to kill.

"Is it a life signature?"

"No. There is no heart or life signs." Xavier interrupts him.

"It's a droid?" he said. "What do you think it could be, Silas?" Silas' one eye looked ahead of him, processing what it can be,

"Possibly a Dorid following protocol." Xavier's eyes flared.

"A Dorid?" he shouted. "Do you think it could be Tel?"

"It could be, but it's physical form is too large for a normal Dorid." his eyes shifted to green. "I'm hoping it is, though."

"We should go check out the lifeless signature, then" Xavier mounts Silas to find the lifeless signature and the two missing members. They wander the halls as they set off to save The Invaders and complete the mission.

***

The room is filled with a dark feeling. Blood and fear covers the walls as a dim light shines over it. Rats and mice scurry around the room as their footsteps echo slightly. A chair with Jell locked onto it is centered in the middle of the room and Psycho looking towards the monitors, watching Xavier's every move.

Psycho's eyes glare at the top of Jell's head as she face her knees. "You look tired!" he said casually. "C'mon! You're in a chair."  Jell glances at his terrifying smile. "You can sleep tight and relax! I won't hurt you. Remember? All I want is to break your sanity."

Jell stayed silent. Her face stayed emotionless. The memory of what he had done to Shey flashed constantly in her head every time she saw him. "I know your pain," he said gently. "I had to watch a friend be beaten to death right in front of me. To this day," his voice was even more gentle. "Those images hasn't left my mind. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of his death. And it was all after you stole Xavier from me."

"You are no longer friends with the, boy!" Jell's voice shouted in anger. The thoughts of how she would kill him flew past her mind. She wasn't going to hesitate if she had the chance. Psycho grabs her hair and pulls her head back to the end of the chair.

"You don't understand!" he shouts, "He was my only friend that I could care about! And you changed him." Night Crawler is dragged into the room as Psycho's rage shows. He lets go of Jell's hair to let her see her love try to struggle out his men's arms.

"Remember, that I don't want to hurt you, Jaelen."

"How do you know my name!?"

"You think a madman like me wouldn't know his preys' names?" Jell's eyes glare in fear. Her frown makes Psycho smile as he walks to Night Crawler. "Will she mind if I take her eye? I mean, she does like to hide face, right? She won't mind." He pulls out a knife and places it against the side of her nose. "No, I don't think so." Shey's screams echoes out into the halls as she loses the sight of her left eye.

Top 10 Greatest Heroes in Gaming!

$

Man, I love to see heroes rise and save the world from it's destroyer. It's very... Cinematic! Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to a top 10 greatest gaming heroes! Now there will be some rules, as per usual. First there can only be one for each franchise (Like in every Top 10 list), there can only be real heroes, meaning you won't see any anti-heroes like The Punisher or Spawn. And they have to have moral. They need something that separates them from villains. I hope you enjoy and good day!

10. Mario

Everyone know what he does and he doesn't just plumbing. He saved princesses, saved the Mushroom Kingdom from a mech castle, killed Bowser many times, and saved entire galaxies. He saved more than what could have ever thought and we couldn't think he would ever do it. Except when it's a dream or play...

9. Frank West

He covered wars! He covered wars, I say! And tries his best to get breast shots in making. Still, he was counted on as the man with the power to help and he did. He stopped the military from killing all the civilians left and he definitely covered it all and got his scoop. And even then, if he didn't seem to make, he would try his hardest to save himself and anyone around him.

8. Vault Hunters

These guys are the baddest badasses out there and they still are called the heroes of Pandora! Although, only the sane and non-bloodthirsty people out there are calling them that. Even though these guys are in it for the money they still look out for anyone if they have a nice reward in hand... Or maybe a good laugh. I mean who can get a laugh on a planet that is infested with insane bandits that kill anything that they see?

7. Solid Snake

This guy is the man of old legends and is confused with his own clones, but is still called awesome. I'm serious this, guy's awesome to me. He saves by command and helps any even if it's against his orders. He destroyed the machine that was suppose dominate the the world, killed one of his advanced cloned brother, and saved the creator of his own game!

Who can do that in a day?

6. Joel

This man has problems and that's what makes his character great in the game. He has nothing to do with you or anyone around him unless you are a friend or family member and he will do anything to keep his family alive. He is a troubled man with a heart which is why we love him so much.

5. Lee

Everyone who is a fan of The Walking Dead, know the man with the child, Lee. He was the leader and caretaker and had a moral of helping those who wanted it and accept help from those who can be trusted, he is the one that had it all and lost it all when he died. We hope for the best to Clementine in her future.

4. Gordon Freeman

This is the man who led the resistance to their position now and stripped City 17 down to show their real hellish looks. Of course he ends his legend like any other hero has, with a cliff hanger...

Not know what would happen to any of the resistance members and what would happen to Gordon and Alyx. He had ended with everyone missing him and with a tear down their cheek. His heroic image will be remembered by all nerds.

3. Samus Aran

Before her sex reveal, she was the best seen around the galaxy and was seen in fear by all who saw her as a threat or heard rumors of her actions to other pirates. Even though she is seen as a rogue killer by the audience, but she is the hero who has killed the dragon alien who killed her people.

2. Marcus Fenix

He is the man who led the Delta squad to their mission to victory and avengement. After him witnessing his team leader's death and taking his spot, her sought to avenge him and complete the mission he was left with. Although, he had to do this three times over to really get his avengement completely, but he did what had to do. We hope the best for him when he returns in the Gears 4 game... Wait... Please don't tell me he's dead...

***Now for Some Honorable Mentions***

Lara Croft

Corvo Antano

Isaac Clarke

1. Master Chief

C'mon! What did you think was going happen? Okay, hold on! I know he's one of the most hated heroes because of how famous he is, but look. He's one of the most memorable of them all. He is the iconic hero that you are casted to see through his eyes of courage! Since all of his adventures were watched by the eyes of hows' and made us almost cry when the game ended with his adventures lingering in the next one to come.

Well, I hope you liked this! Wow! It feels good to be back in this awesome Top 10's! Again, I hope you liked this and what do you think is the greatest hero in gaming? I know there is a lot of people who disagree with me, so cry it out to the heavens if you want to. Well, 'til next time...

The Rage of Halo Died With Me...

$

0

I missed those good old days where change was awesome and made us feel great. Now that all has gone down the drain of success. Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to another thought blog!

I love Halo. I really do.I love it as much as I do with Skyrim! The bad thing is that since Halo 4, it all fell to the floor. Why would you say that, StarterPack!? The game was awesome! I liked it! is what you might have said while reading this, but it wasn't to me.

The game has it moments of winning me over, but it always destroys that. For example, when I heard there was a new threat, I thought there was going to be another alliance with Covenant again to redeem the other one that some how was broken. But 343 decided it would be nice to have two meaningless threats instead. And that's what I didn't like! What happened to that peace treaty they made when the Elites were rejected by the Council? Were they dumb enough to re-align with them  and thought it was more fun to go back into that stupid war again?

And why would they do that? What fight are they going for? What is it? It can't be that they're the Covenant and they believe that the humans are demons, because that was off the table when the Council rejected the Elites! So what's with this new war with the humans and the Covenant elites? Is it to prove who's a bigger race? They never put light into that at all!

And funny thing, the infamous and O'Mighty 343 found this mistake and thought to fix it by having them become allies in the 5th Halo! And I thought the Arbiter died! They even confirmed by showing us in a Japanese art style form!

Sounds like they're trying to reenact something... Like what something else this famous has done already...

Well anyways, I went off topic in this. I was suppose to talk about change! Well, there is a lot I don't like in the new Halos not being made by the better Bungie. The weapons have been extremely altered. The Plasma Pistol use to make an awesome and very familiar sound, now it makes a 50's sounding Pew! And it doesn't make the rapid fire, trigger breaking option happen anymore. They just made it fire after 3 seconds instead of after every shot! What the hell, 343!? You took my favorite gun's best asset way!

And the newer guns that have replaced other cooler weapons, such as the Railgun.

I mean the gun is totally the Laser Cannon!

What is happening! And the game is feeling more of Call of Duty clone then a Halo sequel! In the previous game, you couldn't aim, you only zoomed. If you fired your weapon, you were taken out of that zoom unless that weapon was a long ranged weapon. In Halo 5, you aimed! That was the border that helped me explain the difference in Halo and Call of Duty! Now there is no differences, 343! I have to tell them that the game has a different story and has different mechanics that no one wants to hear!

And they totally changed the look of the enemies and grunts too much! They changed from the cute and ugly looking grunts into a dino error gone wrong!

I mean what is that!? WHAT IS THAT!!!? WHAT AM I LOOKING AT!!!? Am I looking at a monster!? WHAT IS IT!!!?

When you found these guys, you thought they were adorable until they shot at you. When you have to look at that up there, you are too scared to even think of not shooting the thing and taking it out of it's misery. I mean they got the same voice actor/actress to have some calling to the original, but there is nothing cute about that thing up there anymore! That voice is nothing in that form now.

And the Jackals... They were never cute, but the damn thing now is borderline confusing when they stand next an Elite! I mean they look the same far away, but up close you can tell, but seriously! Looks like the concept artists were too lazy to think of a good look or they never tested the 3D model out to see the difference. The only thing that stayed the same were the Elites! I mean there is no way you can mess that up!

When I look at the new Halos and see that too much has changed, I just have no words to explain how mad I am. I mean you can tell that the game can be determined as a clone of the same game. You can depict the difference between 3 and 5 and compare the massive change. I just wish that the game could go back to it's old roots and become a master piece again.

I know many of you out there like this game and I can see that you guys do from the fame and publicity it has. The game might have even given you a lot of memorable moments that you can tell your kids later in life, but this game didn't give me pleasant ones. And before you guys start trying to counter my argument, this is just my opinion. This is a great game, the multiplayer is fun, but you gotta even it out with the campaign! So 'til next time...

This Place Reeks of Death...
How About a Break?
I Didn't Think So...

The room smells of booze, the floors tampered with stains and rips. The room is dark. Clean from any light. The room's appearance is shown with only one TV set. White noise begins to echo through the room and enters the far bedroom to the north of the TV. A figure begins to come out from the bedroom, with damp hair and his breath was heavy. He struggles to get to the kitchen, his legs limping, his arms like a 3 day old noodle. As soon as he got to the fridge, he saw a half empty bottle of Whiskey and a box of leftovers at a place called McClarens. He grabs the bottle of Whiskey and ponders what had happened last night, but the most concerned thought in his head was why didn't he buy a full bottle.

"Damn Federation," he whispers to himself as he pulls out a cigarette to smoke. "Why am I stuck like this. The other members are trained and give whatever the hell they want." he slams the fridge. "I trained for 20 long years from the day I was born and I am repaid like this. Stuck on this god damn planet of depression." He gets out his lighter and lights his cigarette. "When do I get my promised share?"

A loud ring sounds from the center of the room. He looks towards the ringing sound. "Why is anyone calling me?" he said. He walked slowly to his phone to examine who the caller is. "Damn Federation." he answers the phone in anger. "What the hell do you want Admiral?"

"You know what I want, Pi. You're one of the only best Lesson Agents we have." the man at the back end of the call took a deep breath of his cigarette and blew it out furiously.

"Aren't there others to take this? Why don't you get Arturo? He's the one you usually take."

"Because he died last month. If you don't remember, you and I attended his funeral about a couple weeks ago." he said angrily. "Next time if you wanna remember something, stop drinking so much, Pi."

"This is my life, Admiral. I remember you respectfully told me that my orders on life are mine and mine alone," he said. "Now, why did you have to call me at this time?" The Admiral let go of a sigh.

"Do you remember what I told you about... About Lt. Monsivais?" he dropped his Cigarette on the floor and stomped on it.

"You told me this would never happen."

"I know!" he said intently. "I know. He just was given a mission to hard for him. He won't complete this mission without his entire crew dying."

"So you plan me to take out Xavier because you think he can't complete his job?" he shouted. "What if he completes this mission like what Shey did? Her entire team died in one mission! And she can't get punished like what you're doing to Xavier?"

"I took a vow..." the Admiral said softly. "Admiral Silas, before I took his title, I made a vow to him and his daughter. I cannot do the same with Xavier."

"I'm not taking this job."

"The expect to have trouble at home. If you decline this, this end your life here."

"Why are you so content on me doing this?"

"Because the Council ordered me"

***

The endless halls full of rust and cell doors splattered with aged blood and flesh. A clanking sound fills the hallways. First at a long distance, in a quiet sounding pace. As the clanking sounds faster and becomes faster and faster. Silas passes the halls in search for the lifeless signature. They were closer and closer.

"How far are we?"

"48 ft."

"Keep it going, bud." The get closer and closer to the signature as they make haste to find out who or what this signature is.

"20 ft." He said. "We are 14 ft."

"We're almost there, bud!" as Silas counted the numbers down, Xavier started to smile. The first time in 2 days he smiled in delight to find out this signature. Even though, he does not know if this signature is Tel.

"Hey!" Xavier shouted. "Has the signature moved, Silas?"

"Slightly."

"Then how did you even find it?"

"I am a multipurpose droid, I have enhanced radar signals and other enhanced protocols." Their conversation is interrupted once they find Tel's robotic body on the floor.

"Tel!" Xavier cries as Silas' eyes turn into a dark shade of blue. His arm looked as if his arm was ripped from his torso and was thrown to the other end of the room. Silas' eyes changed again to a lighter shade of yellow.

"I can fix him." He said. "I need you to get his forearm." Xavier looked intently at Silas. "Get his forearm." his eyes changed to a furious red color as he stared at Xavier.

Without hesitating, Xavier snatched Tel's arm and gave it to Silas as he was working on him quickly. Sparks flew, tools and parts flew around in Silas' multiple hands. Xavier was amazed at what he could do.

Xavier stared at Tel's limp body ware his arm he gave to him. The Paladin Armor he wore when he completed his first mission. He almost saw himself in that armor. A past friend's face began to linger in his mind.

Silas was nearing finish, while Xavier watched nervously. Tel's eyes began to flicker as SIlas began getting closer and closer to finishing and Xavier feeling more satisfied with what they had done. "I am finished." Tel's eyes began to flicker on, he looks around the room and sees Xavier and Silas.

"Am I okay?" he said. "Only thing I remember was seeing a Bloodseeker storming at me and my visual camera bugging out." Xavie sighed with relief. Tel and Xavier began to smile at each other. SIlas' eyes began to turn into a bright green.

"It's nice to see you kicking, Tel." Silas grabbed Tel by the torso and embraced him. Silas began to hug him tightly, embracing him more.

"You're crushing me, Silas!" he cried. "Please let me go." Silas left his grip go and put him gently down.

"Don't die, friend."

***

"How sweet." Nicholas watches Xavier carefully as Shey's blood stained the floor. There was a cold feeling in the room. No one was speaking. Just afraid. Afraid to speak, move or breathe. When Psycho started his torture, he doesn't want any to interrupt. "You seem tired-"

"You already said that, you b*tch." Jell's anger was showed. He lips were curled and her eyes were flaring down to the floor.

"Oh... I did." he said awkwardly. "I guess that eye was a bit too much for her. I think we should amputate it." Jell's eyes started to show fear.

"Please don't do this!"

"But if we don't she'll lose all the blood flow in her head. We gotta do this, Jaelan" Tears began to run down Jell's face. "You don't want to have brain dead, right?" Psycho grabbed Jell's hair and made her watch her love's body get mutilate by his men.

Shey's limp and unconscious body was pulled up to show her empty socket. One of the men got a scolding hot branding wand and placed on the socket. The same thought began to go through Jell's head. "It's to help her. Xavier will rescue us. It's to help her. Xavier will rescue us. It's to help her. Xavier will rescue us."

Top 10 Catchiest Songs in Gaming...

We all love the songs of the best and most loved games of our youth or just from a few years ago. From songs that you can't stop listening too, to songs that you don't wanna get out of your head, Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to this top 10 catchiest songs in gaming!

Now there is some ground rules. Of course, one song per franchise. No songs that aren't original songs from the game. Meaning, no Do You Believe in Magic from Meet the Pyro or Short Range Hero from Borderlands. And the most infamous theme, The Super Mario Theme, can't be on this list because of how obvious it's placement would be. Well, I hope you like this list!

10. The Halo Theme

(Please visit the site to view this media)

In gaming finest days, there was Halo. A masterpiece with almost all opportunities to capture anyone to play this game's infamous story or multiplayer. And one of those factors was the famous and best theme made in the early 2000's was the theme itself. If you play it in the public people will know that you are playing Halo!

9. Tweeker (Doom 3)

(Please visit the site to view this media)

Not very many people got why this doom had to have a new theme, but it was obvious. The game was going for a creepier feel, so they went to scarier feel with it. Fans of the game love this song and many people have done covers on such an awesome song. And the metal feel fits with the game's premise.

8. Honor for All

(Please visit the site to view this media)

A very majestic song if you ask me. In the end of the great game of Dishonored, there was a song by Daniel Licht that was just an awesome and majestic song. A song about the freedom of those in parral, the song explained the game's premise and story very well, helping sum up the game in the 5 minutes that the song plays.

7. Guile's Theme

(Please visit the site to view this media)

All fans of the Street Fighter series knows this catchy song. The song marked gaming creating the gaming orchestra we know today. besides it mark in gaming history, the song is a fan favorite and become almost everyone's ringtones.

6. GLaDOS' Song

(Please visit the site to view this media)

This song touches any fan of the Portal series in the heart, since the song's lyrics are talking about the hidden love the GLaDOS had with Chell. I mean, Still Alive and Want You Gone touched in a humorous place, but this song gave what hidden character GLaDOS had and why she likes torturing Chell so much. It felt like it was just her wanting to kill her, but it was just motherly love in a nutshell.

No one really knows why this song wasn't included in the final product, but we can see why since the two other songs talked about how much of a nuisance she was. She said she was a problem, saying she destroyed her things, plans, guns, toys, basically saying she's a kid that GLaDOS didn't want. But, in Want You Gone, the lyric says, "Careline is in here too," possibly giving some homage to the deleted song. Well, in the end, the song still beats the other two.

5.Metal Gear Solid Theme

(Please visit the site to view this media)

The game is as infamous as the creator himself, but the song is such a great little theme, that many fans have this as there main ringtone on there phone. The song shows you how the story feels and how the premise will look. Man what music can do to you! Well, this song is, of course, a fan favorite and the only song that can be named off the top of any gamer's head. Plus many fans have made there own cinematic entry of this song...

(Please visit the site to view this media)

4. Silent Hill Theme

(Please visit the site to view this media)

Oh, the eerie feeling when you listen to this song. This song is one of the most iconic and most recognizable song in horror gaming. Besides its familiar tune, the song is hard to even replicate. I tried doing it and I shaved my nails including the skin! My dad tried to do it, but he couldn't get past the first 6 seconds of the song. You have to be a master at playing guitar or anything string based.

3. The Elder Scrolls Theme

(Please visit the site to view this media)

The Elder Scrolls theme is the best to me. It's the only one I like to hum to. If you've been a fan of the Elder Scrolls series since Marrowind, you might already know why it's so good. From a slow mellady to a shocking and exciting orchestraic masterpiece, I think this song has given the fans a great gift to remember.

2. The Fallout Theme

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xn8fQMRsaqU

War... War Never Changes is what you think when you here the depressing piano beginning. As many artists say, the musci explains the premise and story that you are about to witness. This song did just that in a heart beat and we know that all fans don't want a replacement to this so original song.

1. The Legend of Zelda Theme

(Please visit the site to view this media)
Any fan of Nintendo has some relation to this small song. And I mean any fan out there. As we know, a hero of an epic story needs to have an epic and familiar song that very easy to depict from any other.

Well, I hope you liked this long list. God, this was hard. Every song on here was hard to place into on category. Well, I know there is some that you more than I listed on here, so tell me what songs is you favorite! Which song got stuck in your head and never left? And as usual...

I'm Still Angry...

Like I said a while ago, I love Skyrim and it's previous games. I really do. It's something I treasure in my heart. When I found out Elder Scrolls was getting another game that would be an MMO, I almost screamed. I couldn't wait to play it. I just wanted to play it with a friend and when I heard my friend said he has the game and played a descent amount of it, I asked him "How's the game? Is it amazing?" He looks at me with a long stare and tells me "No." Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to another thought blog!

I couldn't believe what he said! I figured he didn't it because he hates MMOs! Maybe it's because he has played any of the Elder Scrolls games! He's just a d*uche that hated the game (Sorry Jason). I'll have to check it myself to really know if it sucks. Got a year later without researching the game before playing it and as soon as I didn't see the Imperial race in there... I wanted to cry for Bethesda's failure.

I'm serious, I looked and looked and almost screamed for how frightened I was to not see the Imperial race in any of the godd*mn factions! And what's with the factions anyways? I have to join a certain faction to be the race I want? Is this like joining the Stormcloaks without knowing they're racist? What if the history in one faction destroys the very moral you have in the game since Oblivion?

Okay, I love the Argonian race, I do. It's my first pick for a race. What I found out that the Faction with the Argonians, the Ebonheart Pact, have the Argonian slaves freed from their slavery, but to keep it they must fight in the Pact's war and obey the Pact's command unless they are freed from the Pact! I don't that! I just wanna roam around and kill things! And even that is hard to accomplish in this game!

The game has the worst difficulty settings ever! It spikes up with you fight a freaking skeleton! The easiest enemy in the entire Elder Scrolls series! What the hell! And it spikes down so often when you fight a boss! A boss!! One of the enemies that are suppose to be hard! I'm pretty sure they fixed this since it's launch, but I still face this problem when I play it today!

And when you fight a boss you expect gold! Piles of septims! I fought 3 bosses in the span that I played it and I have 4 gold. 4 PIECES OF GOLD!!! When I beat a boss I should at least get 40 or 100 gold since the buyable items are just SO expensive! It's 42 thousand gold to buy a good horse and it's 14 thousand to buy a cheap horse! What happened to the descent price from Skyrim? The 100 gold for each horse? Or the free-of-charge horse you get in a mission like in Oblivion? It's so slow to walk in the game! Or even run! And the stamina is so glitchy that it sometimes rejects the fact you can run by not eve letting you! This is basically a walking simulator! I bet many have said that already, I bet they fixed this problem already, but this shouldn't be in Elder Scrolls! Something that is a major problem to even play it that way that you have to wait until the devs fix this stupid problem!

And don't get me started on the battle mechanics! It feels like they wanted to go with what Dragon Age had, non-flinching weirdos! Seriously, you think that's awesome up there? Nope! That's not how you going to play it, you'r going to play it like you aggressively slapping a troll!

The enemies don't flinch, the magic is off, connection can cause the battle's downfall, anything bad about an MMO's battle is what this is! I HATE IT!!! In Skyrim, the blood and them being staggered was so pleasing!

And the finishing moves...

Ooh... That tingles me in the brain! But anything that you fight in the Online version blows that up in a million pieces! It seems unsatisfying! You feel no pleasure from killing an enemy that was suppose to be satisfying! And there isn't even finishes that redeem that factor. It sucks!

And the guilds that were taken out of the original game are being put into the full game... soon? Sounds like they just rushed this game from the beginning! What the hell! A guild that was suppose to be in the full game already and is the key factor that the Elder Scrolls was awesome for, was taken out and was going to be put back in later? What the hell!? I love you Bethesda, I really do, but you DON F*CKED UP NOW!!

And the game is sounds like an Elder Scrolls game and it's beauty feels like an Elder Scrolls game, but it doesn't play like one! It plays like another Dragon Age game or Diablo! It felt so unoriginal when it comes to gameplay. And nothing went well with music or even it's atmosphere! I know that Skyrim had that at times, but it was hilarious and not even noticeable!

And the loot seems like it would be rewarding, right? Like what the engineer said to the scout asking for a teleporter, NOPE!!! It's not! You can find items at a low level when you well past that! And when you do find one at your level, it's taken by some speedrunner ruining your playthrough and experience! The players... I hate them! My dad even cusses at them. They just take your crap that you found first and GOOOOOD!!!! I HATE them!! And they don't have the main missions become a private session! It's just bundled up to the point you gotta wait until the guy before you finishes that boss or get that quest item or GET THAT QUEST ITEM AFTER KILLING THAT BOSS!!! It just take up more time that Minecraft asn it's time consuming building process!

And the game-wow I said "And" too much. Well, to be clear, the game looks like it has a fun PVP battle. It's not. It crashes multiple times, the lag is for real and most of the people you fight are way more experienced than you! It's hardly even fare when you're at the bad end of the stick of pain!

Okay... I'm done... My energy has been depleted. I know that many of you that still play this game love it, and I have no judge in you. I'm not attacking you, Viewer. I'm attack the problem I always face in this game. I know you might love this game. It might be awesome in you eyes, just not in mine. I hope I didn't offend you in any way, because I don't mean to attack the viewer. Well... I'm done... I'm just going to wait until my-OH GOD!!!

And 'til next time...

Okay, this isn't saying that I'm going to go on hiatus like a doofus in the rain, I'm just saying that I'm going to halt some of the blogs. I will post the Community Writing Challenge as soon as I can, but the rest of them, the Top 10's, Thought Blogs, even some reviews I plan on getting done will be put aside as of now.

If you might have noticed, it's Cinco De Mayo! So, Feliz Cinco de Mayo! And that doesn't mean go eat some tamales or you tocos that your mom made for you, I mean that the teachers and staff of my school has notified the students that finals are near and we should study. I will be studying hard and trying to get my work done as fast I can just so I can post at least one blog. I'm trying to pass 9th grade with either a passing C or great A.

I will still answer comments and replies since they aren't much of a hassle to read or write back to. So I will be actively on, but expect very little blogs after this weekend. I hope for the best to you guys and the fans-wait... Can I call you fans? I guess I could... No, I should just call you viewers. Well, hope the best for you viewers and a great Cinco De Mayo! I will update the time I can actively blog, so expect that. And as usual...

Gamers are the Most Social....

We all those guys that give us games like Fallout or No Man's Sky. We always wonder if those games have given us some premise to the real life. We always question what those games can reward us in the real world. Many might say, it won't give us a damn thing, but some might say it helps us cope with something. Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to another Community Writing Challenge!

Okay, before I start to tell you about the gaming coping thing, lets go back when filmed movies were new. Maybe in... The late 1800's? Well, it was seen as a poor concept with little chance of becoming anything big. It wasn't until the first motion captured movie came that the eyes of the hated looked towards. Although the most famous of the all was the classic Trip to the Moon film.

Made by a magician with some serious curiosity with a projector, he wanted to explore this image taking profession to the next level and made it into one of the most popular films in literal history. Since the movie's awakening, the film became inspiration for other films and made into pop culture and then came the movies and TV shows we know today. The references from movies altered our speech, the way characters reacted to things reflected upon the viewer, and even those movies and TV shows became apart of cinematic history or even public history.

What's cool is that the same happened in 1978. When the first game came out (Which isn't PONG, it was a game like Asteroid on a radar panel), the people thought it was going to go no where. People doubted it popularity. Then the Atari came out, then the NES, and came SNES, and the Sega Genesis! The popularity blew up. I mean, it was repeating history, copying what happened with motion captured movies, people were getting another worthless, but valued piece of entertainment and it reflect into our lives and changed how we spoke, walked, and even approached things.

Let's look back at movies then; actors were payed very low because of how unimportant it was and in gaming voice actors were as awful as they came. Movies weren't taken seriously and games were laughed at when they tried becoming serious. Game's and movies were silly back then, and what are movies now? Serious and ready to make you angry, cry, laugh or even be inspired!

Although, many might not see how awesomely serious a game could be or even what it could effect us, but what I can prove is one of the silliest games know today.

"Angry Birds!?" is what you might have thought, but you're wrong. It's Dating Sims.

If you are a fellow theorist, then you probably know about how much this can reflect on real life. Now, I'm not going to to talk about this and not give you a link, so here!

=====>(Please visit the site to view this media)<=====

Okay, now to the point. If you played gaming p=back when you were a kid, then you might gotten tons of reflections out of them. And this is what I don't know get about Game Theory, they did go upon the amount of interest you get in a loved one and how likely it could be to continue to date someone, but they didn't explain how these game could reflect on you.

Will you use the same method? Maybe. That's how I got my girlfriend. Will you try this many girls like in HuniePop? No. You'll get heel to the face. The give you options that are most likely going to fail in a conversation and options that will be successful in a conversation. They are basically giving you similar conversations that may happen in real life. I mean, yeah, why would a game do that? Because it's a simulator. It's suppose to do that! And other games can do the same if it reflects on you as well as those movies and TV shows you use to watch as kid with your family.

In games as high in our culture today, it has improved and is reflecting more and more on us and we keep doubting it! I know this sounds a bit too much of a Kumbaya, but games have reflected dearly onto us and it has shaped us gamers as a whole. And as usual....

Top 5 Villains That Make You Want to Kill Them...

$

We all love to see a good villains in movies, games or even books. The one thing we all love is one that we hate to love. Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to this top 5 villains in gaming that make us want to kill them!

There are some ground rules (I'm doing this a lot aren't I?),  Bowser is too easy of a pick so he's not going to be on this list. It has to be a character from a game, not a movie or TV show, so Quantum Break's villain is out, if there is one. And lastly, only one per franchise. Hope you enjoy!

5.  Zachary Comstock

Be wary for this spoiler! Okay, in the game, you were put through hell when he put up a prophecy that a man with the mark of the False Shepard would be killed on site, and since then, you've been trying to find him and kill him and once you do it's not so satisfying when he tells you that you turned your daughter to him for some profit.

4. GLaDOS

A computer system with an unstable personality set sounds bad, right? You think that the scientist would at least cancel the project to get any further progress, right? Nope, they couldn't. Cave said, "Do it or you're fired," and met Cave's consequences. Too bad he died before GLaDOS could rain her terror on him.

In the portal series, you are stalked and nagged by the infamous GLaDOS that sets up puzzle and experiments that were meant to kill you, but failed to do so. When you finish all her tests, she told you that you are going to get that cake she promised from the beginning and turns out the cake was a fiery pit just for you. Sounds like a lovely time, huh? For you, it wasn't and you wanted to see that b*itch of a computer die in a pit from hell as well. After completing what you should have wanted since the beginning to only get dragged back into the compound. At least she's dead right?

3. M. Bison

If you ever played Street Fighter 2 in the 90's when it just came out, then you know the hatred we had with Bison. He destroyed anyone in their first playthrough! And after he consumed your quarters, you can see him laugh in pleasure of your defeat. At least there was no other boss after him-Wait.. What was that noise?

WHAT!?

2. Vaas

I love spanish actors. They always have the best performances in movies. Michael Mondo is one of the most creative spanish actor since he created this character himself for an audition! It was such a great performance and such a memorable character that the Devs couldn't throw this character away. Instead of doing what most people would do, they hired him and made him one of most loved to be hated characters in Far Cry history.

1. Handsome Jack

Many of you know about this guy. The man that killed bloodwing. The guy that ran the company is out to kill you, the man who claims to be a hero. Everyone loves his snarky personality, but what he had done will not wipe away no matter how awesomely funny he is. After being attack when you were promised a train load of money, you swore to kill him and his corporate buddies. Although, his understandable pain he had to endure was dramatic, it was satisfying when you shot his fake face off. God rest you louzy soul, Jack... and may The Bain be with you to annoy you.

So what is your favorite villain that you love to hate? Go ahead and sound off in the comments if you like and make sure you stay away from Vaas...

OverWatch Open Beta Review: I Wanna Play More!

$

0

I love hero shooters. I really do. The amount of characters and their unique backstory really gets to me and makes me what to know more about their story and the lore of the world they live in. Too bad the game has no Story mode to explore that. Hello Wandering Travelers and welcome to another game review!

Okay, I wanna speak about the characters. Every character has something about them that explains the world they're in. I mean, there is a few characters that have robotic arms. I mean look at McCree...

Or Symmetra...

I mean, there can be some easy explanation to it like they had their arm removed in battle or they had it implanted to engage the battle. But I would like to say that the game has more to explain than that. If you notice they live in a world where robots are sentient and some of man disregards them as tools still instead of free people. And how do you think those robotic people are made? Factories? Well, just to say, they have to be actual people that turned robotic! Sounds like that one movie, Apple Seed...

Probably inspiration. Anyways, if you don't believe me, look at Genji!

He has robotic arms, has no face reveal (Unless you check the Young Genji skin, but I'll get to that later). And what's even more weird is that his ammunition comes from his wrists. Where do you think he supplies his arsenal? Is it all in his wrists? That would mean he would supply 5,000 Shurikens in a wrist. That would overflow out of his arm! Anyways, the point is that the robotic age seems like it could have taken a toll on some of the Overwatch members. And if you look at his skins, almost to the very bottom is a Young Genji where he has a face and no robotic arms.

Something might have happened or he chose become such a robotic weapon. But that's just my theory.

Okay this is getting on to some of Game Theory's work. Let's talk about the character skins. Okay, I would like to say, like always, I love how they look. Zenyatta's skins are enlightening...

Cute little Bastion's Overgrowth is one of my favorites of the lists of skins.

I didn't know Reaper was mexican! Let alone his name being Reyes!

I know it's kind of stupid to praise the skins, but it really digs into what the character is or use to be. It kind of tells a story about the character you didn't even know. Tracer went through some kind of punk phase.

And Phara use to be a Gundam.

I mean, who knew that this could happen to any of the characters?

Okay, Gameplay. The game is fun. It feels very much like a balanced multiplayer hero game. I mean, I die sometimes when people at a higher level then me. The aiming is smooth and the character design in terms of how they play, is very balanced on their class. Each has it's purpose and it's well crafted if you ask me.

And some of the mechanics mimic TF2, like the Rocket Jump with the Soldier can be accomplished with Phara's Rocket Shooter. explosive push-back is done like Demo-Man's grenade launcher, Soldier's Rocket Launcher, or Engi's Turret. And some of the game-modes are traditional, Capturing the Point, Base Attack, Cargo Transportation, all fun game-modes we all know and love in classic games.

In lasting gameplay, it's just a Beta, so I know that there's going to be more to play, so it's a month long game, but it can be easy to get back to after a few months or so. Now, let's give it a thumbs up for some continuous gameplay!

Well, it seems like there is nothing else to talk about this amazing Beta. I would rate the game 9/10 for great story and lore, and a 10/10 for fun lasting gameplay. Now, this is just my opinion, so what is yours on this game? What do you think the game will bring? What may happen in the future? Will they add an extra character or two? Well, tell if you like, but 'til next time...

Top 5 Best Mistakes in Games...

$

We all love those unplanned mistakes in games. I mean, sometimes they become one of the most memorable. Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to this top five best mistakes in games!

5. These Pretzels are Terrible! (Borderlands 2)

In Borderlands 2, Jack says his famous quote and it became on of his most famous quotes yet! But did you know that it was not scripted? Yep! It wasn't suppose to be apart of the game at all. The voice director saw him eating pretzels in his recording booth, but didn't think highly of him. Once he began his lines, while eating pretzels, the director got mad. Although, it was his famous line, he still doesn't know what to feel, happy that people laughed at it or be angry because he went off script.

4. Little League Player (MADDEN 15)

Everyone loves sports games some how. Well, as people might see in games like these, there was a ridiculous glitch. One of the biggest football players known to man became the tiny giant! I think people call him the Little Titan because the player is named Titan? I don't know! After EA finding this glitch, they were fond of how hilarious it was, so they left it in for good laughs for players all around.

3. Grenade Jumping (Borderlands series)

If you ever played Borderlands, you know that being near your grenade after you throw it, will hurt you. Unless you have a level 1 grenade that has a simple explosion on it. This was a glitch in the game because grenades had no push-back effect on the player, only on the NPC enemies. But if you jump before it explodes, you get launched high in the air with no means for minding the damage. After the Speedrunners finding this out, they have been using this trick to find faze-able walls and glitchy areas to get to a later point in the game. After the devs finding this, they didn't think much of it and left it in on PC versions of the game.

2. People are Animals Too (Red Dead Redemption)

Everyone who bought Red Dead on it's launch, people have found glitches worth talking about. Like the Pimp Wagon, Horse Standing, and the most famous, the People Animals. It was a glitch where the human NPC's got mixed into the animal models. After the Devs found this horrifying animal-human mesh, they made a little Let's Play video about it to get a closer look for the public. After doing so, they quickly sent an update to fix this horror show.

1. Lara Croft's Prized Possession (Tomb Raider)

Every man loves Tomb Raider. Why is you females ask? Well, it her strangely large title card, her breasts. Sorry to say that in front of you younger viewers, but what are you gonna do? Anyways, her original model design was a bit... Slimmer, if you know what I mean. What gave her the title The Sexiest Character in Gaming, was a huge mistake. The designer in charge of her model design had a problem while designing it. The breast part of the model had a small bug where it made them 60 percent larger than they were suppose to be. When he found out the problem, he had no intention on fixing it at all. And so ends the story of how she got the title, The Sexiest Character in Gaming...

Well, what did you think of this list? What do you think should have been on this list? Well, I'm going to see what this while you ask that...

And 'til next time...

Captain America: Civil War Review - Spoilers: It Needs More Work... And Thought

$
0
0

Oh, the age of where the greatest and best comics you read are becoming a cinematic movie is awesome. Well, most of the time. To be honest, I'm going to state nothing, but what's wrong with this movie and don't expect me to hold back on any spoilers.

Now, I love the comics Civil War. The only thing I disliked about the comics was how it originally ended, which I hope that's not how this ends in the next movie. The people interrupt them in a fight and tell them to stop and Tony and Captain start to shake hands on it. God! I'm glad they're rebooting the series so early! Anyways, the movie made me rethink how comic movies should be. Not in a good way. There is very little memorable moments, the dialog sometimes doesn't connect, there is too much comedic relief that doesn't connect to the conversation or any clever executions , and the only thing to save it all is the action and character reveals.

Okay, I didn't really like this movie, I'm going to say that. But It's not bad enough to say it's as awful as Superman V. Batman. It's just the scenes didn't really make sense to me most of the time. Okay, to start, I'm going to talk about the dialog in the movie.

The conversations were interesting, but not amusing. I could not stop dazing out in there conversation about how Captain America is a criminal or if the Doctor is getting these super soldiers to command. And sometimes the dialog would shift to some joke or something for the fans to laugh at when it definitely didn't belong!

For example, Captain America talks to this one blond chick that has no name, brings The Winter Soldier and Falcon with him. Cap was out of the car and the two other guys were in this small Volks Wagon Bug. Cap and the unknown chick starts to talk tactics and after on sentence, it cuts to Falcon sitting in the front and Winter Soldier in the back. In all grudge and grief, Winter Soldier says "Can you move the seat up?" with Falcon replying "No." Was that suppose to be funny? That's just a small question answered. It just felt out of place. Like it was an actual question by the actor, not the character.

The only one that did belong was at the end where Postman Stanley calls Tony, Stank instead of Stark. And it was the only one I laughed at! Did the writers have all the comedy put onto that line? What the heck! And like I said, it's not memorable. Not at all. I mean there is some lines that might give you goosebumps, but I don't really remember if there was one. And there was so much talking! Too much to the point you wanna ask the theatre to forward the movie! I know, dialog has character development, but this had no indication of any character development. I mean, when Tony talks to Spiderman/Parker was packed with some development, but it felt some stages of the movie was over flowing.

Now onto a different problem, the characters. They seemed a bit stale. Like they had some bad taste to them that I could get out of my mouth. As I said, there is a lot of dialog, but little character development. I mean, in the beginning, there is a terrorist attack and some new character that seems to suppose to be someone familiar, but I, the guy who reads comics and researches them, didn't know that man in the skull mask would seem like he suppose to be a friend to Captain America, but I could recognize him! Oh, wait... He was an experiment with Winter Soldier, training to be one just like him... And he dies before he can reveal anymore character... Nice work Writers!

And who is this Doctor character? I don't know why he's doing all this stuff and you are left in wonder until he plays that recording of his wife, but you are still confused if that is a recording because it's on his phone! Okay, I know this is a scene that suppose to tug our heart strings, but you left in a state of confusion to even think of what's going to happen next. I really wish this worked, I mean this would have made me rethink of this odd character, but it was poorly executed.

Okay, for the play off, the action scenes were the only good part, but even that had mistakes! I mean, I love how Spiderman stated that Captain America's shield breaks the laws of physics, but everything else was just hard to get all at once. To be honest, the extra heroes were not well spent. They had simple fights and sometimes you confused who was fighting for who. One time, I thought Ant Man was fighting for Captain American, then I saw him fighting someone on Cap's side and made me  questioned who was fighting for who. And what's funny is that when Tony has a truce with Cap finally, he finds footage of The Winter Soldier killing his parents. And some how that got them to break the truce and try to kill each other. I just want to see a reasonable fight with actual accurate reactions!

But I must say there were actual heartwarming or heartbreaking moments that made me almost gasp.Moments that were redeemed to make this movie great. When Warmachine was shot down, I felt the tension. I was almost devastated to see him taken out like that and knowing he was almost paralyzed from the waist down. When Vision was betrayed by Scarlet Witch, that scene made feel bad for him. It put actual character into what he was becoming. Him feeling his first betrayal. His trust being broken. That's how a movie gets good, but this movie fell flat, but still seems to be good.

I have no hate for anyone who love this movie, I really don't. So those of you who think this is bull, know that this is just an opinion of mine. If you liked it, then good for you. You enjoyed something that I couldn't. So this is my meaningless opinion of this movie, for how the story drove me, I would give it a solid 6/10 and a 8/10 for great tension and movie follow-up. Hope you enjoyed this review and as usual...

Top 10 Greatest Games on Xbox 360...

Us Xbox users love the 360. It gave us such great memories as we played Gears of War, Halo or even stupid games like Call of Duty or Battlefield. For some reason, we all love this western console. Hello Wandering Travelers and welcome to this top ten great games on the 360.

10. Bullet Storm

You probably don't know this game since it hit the trash can when players started to ignore it for other games. What those gamers didn't know was that this game is a blast! The game would run with a score system with very strange names, such as the Nut crusher, when you shoot the B*lls off an enemy. Sounds fun to you now?

9. F.E.A.R. 2

If you haven't played Fear on either console or PC, then you have missed out! The first game has it awesome moments, but this unravels previous the game's mystery and story. Besides that, the gameplay is the greatest and the gun mechanics are smooth. The ghosts and scares are amazingly effective and the game builds great tension.

8. Halo 3

As a fan favorite, the game is one of the most memorable game and one of the greats of the Xbox collection. Most of the players still have the game to this day and most players are playing the great multiplayer modes like Slayer, Firefight, or Infection. I, personally, cannot explain how fun this game is. I mean, the game is great in both multiplayer and campaign.

7. Metal Slug XX

I love Metal Slug. It's one of the first games I played when I was little! If you have ever played the original Metal Slugs, then this would feel like you are at the arcade again with that infamous death countdown, the power-ups and the classic enemies. It is the famous Metal Slug sequel you were waiting for. It's backward compatible right now if you want to play it. It's about 5 bucks.

6.Gears of War 3

Gears of War 3 is one of everyone's favorites. The game's story and multiplayer are both memorable, but the one thing that defines the game is the enemies and characters. Dom's death, Marus' leadership, and Anya's badass actions. It was just rare to see these types of characters sometimes and the enemies unique look just marks its own fandom.

5. Gears of War

This is the game that was a must buy when the 360 came out, since the game has new and rare gameplay and all gore. People might say the game's multiplayer is memorable, but it was game's apocalyptic story. It was so strange and new, many can see that this is not earth to begin with and what was funny was that no one noticed two moons in the sky.

4. Doom 3 BFG Edition

Who doesn't love Doom? Every fan and player of this game know about how engaging the game was and how challenging it could be. The game was and still is a keep after the game's release, but why have that one when there's a new BFG Edition? The game has motion blur, upped graphics, and even deleted levels that didn't make into the game! What collector or gamer wouldn't want to play that?

3. Gears of War 2

I know all of the Gears games are in this list (Not naming Judgement Day), but this one was the best of the entire trilogy. The game is the same, but with better gameplay, the new weapons are so awesome to use and get a kill off of, the story is new and engaging, and since the game already knows you've played this game, all enemies are still seen as enemies until it gets intense.

I hope to know if this game went backwards compatible or not, since my dad and I would love to play this game again.

2. Skyrim

I know what you PC gamers might be saying, the game is much better on the PC and has better graphics and blah blah blah! We know that, but we are glad that the game is on the 360, because the game is still great and everything is still the same when playing this game. The entire journey you endure in the game is breathtaking, the enemies are so memorable, and the weapons and spells just felt so smooth! I hope this game gets remastered for the Xbox One this June.

1. Halo Reach

You guys out there might be shrugging about this one, but this one of my favorite games and it deserves the spot for it. The game is the last that Bungie has made of Halo. It was their farewell game to the fans, and it made us almost cry for how magnificent this game still is. The multiplayer and the modes of firefight were awesome. The story is so poetic that you can possibly cry for what happens in the end. I am glad this game is backwards compatible now, because this game deserve to be played again.

I hope you like this list! What is you favorite game on the 360? Are there any great exclusives on there that I missed? You can tell me, but...

And 'til next time...

The End is Near...
Death is Among us...
Such a Pleasure isn't it...

The room is cluttered. Motherboards on the floor, screwdrivers, along with some screws scattered around the tables, almost rolling off the table. Database units and a small generator stands against the walls. The room is dim. The only large light is the computer screen in front of the boy while he works on a robotic figure.

The boy reaches out to his left to take a sip of his large cup of coffee. As he takes a small sip, his door opens while a familiar image shows behind it. "What a mess, kid," he said to himself. "You know, these things don't grow on trees." he says as he crouches down to pick up the motherboards off the floor. "They cost a big amount, Starter. You need to take care of these things." The boy ignores him as he continues to work on his project. "Hey!" he screams.

"What is it Zackary?" he says politely.

"It's the motherboards! Did you eve listen to me?"

"Sorry, no. I'm actually busy working on something, Zack."

"Well, can you be mindful about Federation property?" He takes a look at what the boy is working on. "What are you working on?"

"It's a body for Boris."

"Who the hell is Boris?" he says as a blue light begins to glimmer.

"It's me, pretty boy." Zackary jumps. A screwdriver and a few pencils fall off the table he hit.

"Wait, you made that?"

"Yep," he says calmly.

"You used sound and speech specifications on him!"

"Yep, and an AI personality and actual emotions," Boris spoke.

"How do you know how to build this?" the boy continues to work on his project.

"It was all because I saw it in a video," he said quietly. "A guy named RoboCreator made a robotic droid out of scrap and made it with a personality core chip," he put his tools down and turns to face Zackary. "I was lonely at the time. I barely any friends, so I built my own."

"Stop being such a p*ss and just suck it up, you got this hellhole to enjoy now," Boris ranted.

"You built this loud mouth?"

"I will f*cking knock your teeth in" Boris cries out. The boy and Zackary laughed at him.

"It was a glitch. I tried setting him to kind, but that malfunctioned and thought I put it to d*ck. But he's been making me a tough kid, so I don't really mind."

Zackary observed Xavier's project. The metal was rusted and the wires connecting the power were tattered with rips and tears in the rubber exposing the inner wires. "You know you can get the material from the federation. It's all brand new." He said. The boy started to look towards his lap and Zackary knew. "You've been a Junkrat all your life? You don't know how to use these things!"

"How can you tell by knowing I was aJunkrat?"

"You're talking to one," he said softly. "Here let me show you how to use these things." this memory fades into the back of Xavier's mind as him and Tel ride on top of Silas heading for the next signatures.

Tel looks down the other side of the tunnel where came. He looks like he's thinking of his death. Droids and Robots don't see the problems of pain and death, and those who face these sufferable moments, they begin to contemplate their existence and life purpose. Xavier observes his behavior, but thinks nothing of it. .

"How far are we, Silas?" Silas' eye begins to a bright yellow.

"We are here." he says as he stops in a dark room. escape pods on the right side of the walls. Rusted boxes that say "Meat" on it and red barrels surround the room. And a blood trail that leads to a body.

"Is that..." Tel said softly.

"It is," Silas calmly says. "He was the only one that seems to have nott made it." A tear drops from Xavier's chin and hits the pool of blood.

"Can you confirm the victim, Tel?" Tel looks at Xavier scared. His robotics eyes looked at with sadness and content. Tel checked for Dogtags and found the blood-splattered metal tag. Dunlap, Roman it reads.

"It's him, Xavier." he says calmly. In anger, he slams his metal fist into the steel pillar next to him.

"Can you identify the cause of death?" Tel managed to look, but the darkness in the room made everything vague and unclear. Silas steps up to the corpse and begins to scan.

"It was a 75 caliber weapon, Xavier." He said as his eyes turned to a dark red. "It seems to have come from Gavin." Xavier looks to one of the escape pods and sees one missing.

"Find Nicholas, Silas," Xavier says calmly. "We're ending this once and for all. And we're getting that betraying b*stard when we're finished."

Psycho's eyes were attached to his monitors while his new enslaved friend, Zackary wiped blood off his arms and chest. Jell was sitting in her chair crying. The thoughts of her love's injuries flew in her mind. The images of her socket burning. The unsettling sizzle that she had ti endure. The silence from her love disturbed her, it was the loudest and most painful thing she had to face.

"You killed him." Jell said. " You killed him and for what cause?" Psycho quietly walked up to her. He leans down and clenches her face.

"To bring him here. Why haven't you found that out?" he said. "It should have been easy to see that! And Gavin is just the motivation to bring him here. But don't worry, Gavin is still alive. He's just going have to live with a dent in his head and a few lost memories." He started to chuckle as he begins to face the monitors again. "He's almost here," says and he starts to grin. "It's show time."

Doom Review: What if I Told You This Game was Good?

I love Doom, both the originals and 3. I don't care what you say, I still love them. It brought my child up with shooters and Rated M games and it still gives me the greatest pleasure even when I play this game! Before I start talkig about why it's good, I'm going to vent out my enjoyment of this game.

THIS GAME IS SO FREAKING AWESOME!!!

DID YOU SEE HOW I KILLED THAT GUY!!! OH MY GOD!!

OH GOD, THE GORE!!! THE GORE!!!

AAAAAH!!! GLORY KILLS!!!!

Anyways, the game is an instant classic, it's basically paying it's respects to the classic games and how much exploring you can do in the game just like from the originals. It's just awesome. The story is your basic go stop the evil, but doesn't care you listen or not, it just wants to put you in the middle of the fight and says have fun to you and hope you survive with the blood marking your glory.

The gameplay (To expose you guys that say this game is like Halo), the game isn't like Halo. I know I said in the Beta Review that it was Halo on steroids, but in terms of gameplay, it does not feel like halo. And in the multiplayer doesn't seem different, they just upped your speed by about 10% to give you a bigger chance running away or chasing that guy that ran.

There are new abilities in the both the Campaign and Multiplayer like Haste, where your firing speed and running speed is way faster, Regeneration, where you regenerate you health and armor, Berserk, where you have your fists out and get ready to super glory kill someone with out trying to injure them and gives you additional health boosts with every kill.

There are new weapons like the Hellshot. The gun shoots a fiery bullet that burns 30 points of health. And the alternate fire shoots a hellish flame that engulf the enemy on fire and burns them continuously for 30 seconds.

There is also the Burst Rifle, like a semi-auto rifle that only shoots 3 bullets with every pull of the trigger, but when aiming, it becomes a single shot rifle that does 20% more damage while in the aim. I believe that's all the new weapons in the Multiplayer? I don't know, I haven't really looked closely. But in the Campaign, there is the Chaingun and the BFG, but we all knew those guns were already in there, right?

Now on to something else. The SnapMaps are awesome! I have played so much in that one. The featured maps are a bit stupid, like the "Can You Count to 10" Map where you literally have to count to ten and fire your shotgun. But there are cool ones like the Grinding maps, where they just shove non-attacking demons at you with a BFG in your hands.

Besides the community Maps or the Featured ones, the creation kits are awesome! It's a bit confusing at first, but it's easy to remember how everything works. The map mechanics are just amazing, the creative ideas that can be done in them are magnificent, and the provided items that you can mess with are just fun! I made my own map called Playing in the Dark. It was really fun to make! If you guys want to play it, here's the code to search it: B2VHRWPP. Hope you have fun with it.

Overall, the game has smooth movements, the kills are so satisfying, and the game is so much fun. If you're the type of guy or gal that doesn't care about story or conflict, this game doesn't care you do or don't, it just wants you to just have fun. If you are those guys and gals that want to know what's going one in this bizarre world in hell, then the game provides you with lore and story of who you are and what this UAC is doing for the sake of the company. Little spoil of the game's lore, You are Doom Guy.

Well, time to rate this game, I would give it a 10/10 for great and long lasting gameplay, and a 10/10 for giving me the greatest time of my life in terms of gameplay. What did you think of the game? How far are you in the game? Have you made a map of your own yet? You can tell me, but as usual...

Gamers are the Most Social...

The creators that gave us all those memories that give us games like Fallout or No Man's Sky. We always wonder if those games have given us some premise to the real life. We always question what those games can reward us in the real world. Many might say, it won't give us a damn thing, but some might say it helps us cope with something. Hello Wandering Traveler and welcome to another thought blog!

=====>watch?v=9nJO7LHcPMI<=====
