A lot of people have been crazy about the new console that Nintendo has been wanting to do since the Wii. They have been trying to get some ideas out there and most of them didn't get successful. I know you guys that have lived with the company's products since the start might not believe me that some of the things they produced failed, but let me ask you, do you use the 3D setting on your 3DS? Do you like to use the pad controls on Star Fox Zero? Yeah, in market sales they might gotten what they wanted out of it, but still was a failure with some features. I'm not going to take my judgments too fast with this, but I'm going to wait on this one. Hello and welcome to this probably already hated thought blog.
Yes, like many people like me, I'm going to wait on this console and hear what the fans have to say about it or until the price drops, because I don't make $300 in a day. I've done this before with other consoles such as the 360 (Thank god I did) and the PS4, and I've take this the hard way with the Xbox One. I'm not going to risk another anger inducing console again and rather wait until Nintendo straightens it out in future software updates.
And I rather not get the few games out at the release of the console. I mean, it's all going to be gone by the time the stores open, but still, there isn't enough to make me want to play any of the games they announced. "What about Mario Odyssey?" You must be knew then! I don't like Mario much and even that doesn't make me want the game yet. I won't call it a bad game yet since I have no idea how it plays or if the game is fun. "What about Breath of the Wild, StarterPack?" I've waited and waited for the damn game and wasted my money on a Wii U just to play that, I don't give half a S**t about it at this point. "Well, you gotta like Spatoon 2!" Well, sorry, I just don't like the game. I'm not saying it's a bad game, like I did with Skyward Sword, it's just not fun to me. Its the Overwatch of friendly shooters to me: Fun for three hours. And before you ask, no. I'm not impressed by 1-2 Switch. If Nintendo plans to make this beat Wii Sports, I have no faith in you Nintendo. I think it would be boring after a while. I mean, who finds Rock Paper Scissors a fun game? I mean, Alex gthe Kidd did it right, but this won't just to pass the time.
"Well, you have to be happy about the retro parts!" Actually I'm really happy about that. It's the only reason why I consider buying it later. I mean, I don't like how they now have a paid online play, but I like it. I'm actually surprised no one has complained about that yet. I bet there is, but I haven't seen it yet. And since the price (From what I know) hasn't been announced, so let's talk about the price of what we know about the system. We all love the price of 300 bucks on the system, but what about the controllers or Joy-cons, whatever it's called. I know the one set can act as two players, but since the console is supporting 3rd party games, they must use at least more than one set to play with a friend locally. It's about 30 bucks to buy one set and an extra 5 bucks for the colored ones. If you asks me, the price is a bit high for a controller from Nintendo. I mean, I like to get extra stuff with my console including games, so adding that up might be over 400 dollars. Sounds like Nintendo wants that dosh. That mad muns bro. Those big bills homie. Okay I'll stop.
So yeah, I'm going to wait a bit for this to come out like all the other consoles I bought. I don't what you guys think about this, but I had fun writing this. This may be a short read and seem like a rant of some sort, but it's just explaining my opinion and I don't hate the console, I don't have the right to hate on it yet. And this seems to be the fad to write about in the community, so I thought to jump on the bandwagon. Anyways, what do you guys think about the Switch? Are you guys going to do what I'm doing or are you going to sacrifice yourself to the deadly horde that is the fans trying to buy the damn thing. I hope you enjoyed this and 'til next time...
